Booked a castle for my son’s party and communication was spot on. They replied to my queries promptly, arrived slightly early, and set everything up efficiently. The kids loved it, and they took it away without any fuss. There was a minor hiccup with tight garden access, but “someone” adjusted quickly and all went smoothly. Really pleased!
