Absolutely loved the calm welcome and quick responses when I booked a lesson - someone answered all my questions promptly. During the session, the instructor helped me find my confidence, even when my pony got a bit shy. Facilities were clean and well-kept, and lesson prices felt fair (budget-friendly too). A couple of minor timing hiccups at the start, but they handled it professionally and we were on track soon after. Lovely experience overall.
