Popped into the shop to pick up a new scent and was greeted straight away by someone who really listened to what I liked. They suggested a couple I'd never considered, kept asking how I felt about each one, and even mentioned an in-store promotion. I had a small mix-up at checkout, but they sorted it quickly and professionally. Left happy!
