I dropped my bumper off after a minor prang and was kept in the loop the whole time - they rang within hours, explained the process, and had it back quicker than expected. The finish was clean, no splash-over, and prices were fair. Staff were friendly, polite, and down-to-earth. All sorted with no fuss - really good local service.
